We understand you are concerned about your loved one’s condition and know your deep desire to connect with them. THERE IS NO CONFIRMED CASE OF COVID-19 AT THE GENEVA SUITES AT THIS TIME. This includes residents and staff. It is our goal to stay in front this health threat, and to that end we have implemented a new policy prohibiting access to residents by family and friends, except in special cases such as compassionate care.

This action follows recommended guidelines from the CDC, as well as the Minnesota Department of Health. Of course recommendations continue to change as the impact of COVID-19 spreads and our understanding of the disease evolves.

As you have likely discovered for yourself, there is a scarcity of certain supplies and food. We are working hard to procure these items and remain well-stocked; however, we are limited to the same constraints as everyone else. Therefore, please know certain food items or supplies may need to be substituted with other like-items and some items may simply be unavailable. We appreciate our staff and residents being flexible and patient as we work through this challenge and find creative solutions.
